Your tasks:
- Issue initial and replacement safe-deposit keys to customers, and admit customers to vaults
- Answer customers' questions, and explain available services such as deposit accounts, bonds, and securities
- Execute wire transfers of funds
- Inform customers of procedures for applying forservices such as ATM cards, direct deposit of checks, and certificates of deposit
- Interview customers to obtain information needed for opening accounts or renting safe-deposit boxes
- Refer customers to appropriate bank personnel to meet their financial needs
- Perform foreign currency transactions and sell traveler's checks

- Conducting tests and inspections of products, services, or processes to evaluate quality or performance
- Managing one's own time and the time of others
- Analyzing needs and product requirements to create a design
- Communicating effectively in writingas appropriate for the needs of the audience
- Selecting and using training/instructional methods and procedures appropriate for the situation when learning or teaching new things
